Defendants in Iowa Benzene Action Move to Dismiss Cross-Claims by Co-Defendant

DAVENPORT, Iowa –– Defendants named in an Iowa benzene action have moved to dismiss cross-claims asserted by a co-defendant, saying that, since there is no settlement, CF Industries Holdings Inc. cannot establish a right to indemnity.
