Univar Backs Testimony of Pyatt, Natelson, Sahmel; Says Plaintiff Challenges False and Misleading

NEW ORLEANS –– Univar U.S.A. Inc. has filed opposition briefs to recent plaintiff motions to exclude, maintaining that their experts “considered and evaluated an overwhelming number of studies …. Which are relevant to this case.”

In separate May 19 opposition briefs filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Univar backed the testimony of Drs. David Pyatt, Ethan Natelson and Jennifer Sahmel, saying in part that the experts did in fact review the studies the plaintiffs argued they ignored.
