BOSTON –– A benzene plaintiff with claims pending in Massachusetts has moved to compel discovery from defendant Safety-Kleen Systems Inc., arguing that documents relating to the training, job functions and job responsibilities of individuals delivering the defendant’s product to the plaintiff’s workplace.
In the May 21 motion, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the plaintiff said that the issues, which Safety-Kleen objected to as privileged, are “highly relevant and probative….”
