NEW ORLEANS –– Plaintiffs with benzene claims pending in a Louisiana federal court have moved to exclude the testimony of Drs. David Pyatt, Ethan Natelson and Jennifer Sahmel, saying the opinions are not admissible under Daubert.
In two separate motions filed May 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the plaintiffs said the defense experts’ testimony was not the product of “reliable scientific methods and principles.”
