SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico –– Claims involving a benzene-containing parts washer will go before a jury in Puerto Rico on Nov. 2, according to an order issued recently by the federal court overseeing the matter.
In the April 28 order, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico set a pretrial/settlement conference for Oct. 2. Joint Pretrial Conference Reports are due no later than Sept. 18, the court said.
