DALLAS –– A new benzene lawsuit has been filed in Texas, with the plaintiffs maintaining that the decedent’s work at oil and natural gas sites left him “soaked” with benzene-containing products.
The complaint was filed in February in the Texas District Court for Dallas County and asserted that the defendants failed to give users adequate warnings or instructions concerning the crude oil, petroleum products, fracking fluids, and benzene-containing products.
