Parties in Wisconsin Benzene Case Agree Not to Appeal Recent Defense Verdict

MILWAUKEE –– Parties involved in a benzene case that recently ended in a defense verdict have filed a stipulation noting that in consideration for Akzo Nobel Paints LLC withdrawing its previously filed Bill of Costs, the plaintiffs have agreed not to appeal the jury’s defense verdict.

In the April 3 stipulation filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the plaintiffs also waived any right to submit post-trial motions.
