Akzo Nobel Paints Seeks Judgment as Matter of Law in Ongoing Benzene Trial

MILWAUKEE –– A paint defendant in an ongoing benzene trial has moved for a judgment as a matter of law, saying that testimony offered by plaintiff experts is inadmissible and, without it, the plaintiff cannot sustain her burden of proof as to strict liability and negligence claims.
