Benzene Plaintiffs in Massachusetts Move to Dismiss CRC Industries from Suit

BOSTON –– A benzene plaintiff with claims pending in Massachusetts federal court has moved to dismiss CRC Industries with prejudice, according to a recent document filed with the court.

In the Feb. 13 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, plaintiff Ralph Girardi moved to dismiss all claims pending against the defendant.
