NEW ORLEANS –– A Louisiana federal court has granted a plaintiff’s motion to withdraw her own fraud claims, shortly after defendants challenged the cause of action asserted in the benzene suit.
The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued an order granting the motion to withdraw the claims on Jan. 30.
