Former Shell Employee Files Amended Complaint, Says Toluene Exposure Caused Bladder Cancer

TAMPA, Fla. –– A Florida woman has filed an amended complaint in Florida federal court, saying her exposure to chemicals while employed by Shell Oil Co. caused her to develop bladder cancer.

In the Nov. 20 amended complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, plaintiff Celeste Keys specified that her exposure to toluene had caused her to develop cancer.
