Case Management Report Sets Jan. 18, 2016 For Trial in Fla. Benzene Bladder Cancer Case

TAMPA, Fla. — The parties in a Florida benzene bladder cancer case have submitted their case management report which establishes Jan. 18, 2016, as the date the trial term begins.

In the Oct. 1 report filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the parties also agreed to May 30, 2015, as the deadline for plaintiff’s disclosure of expert reports and June 30, 2015, as the date defendants must submit their expert reports. Judge Roy B. Dalton is presiding over the case.
