FT. MYERS, Fla. –– A Florida federal court has denied a benzene plaintiff’s attempts to obtain further discovery from W.M. Barr, opining that the requests are “generalized and unspecified.”

In the July 30 order, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida further held that the defendant was right in objecting to the requests since it was not provided with sufficient details to “reasonably produce additional persons and documents related to the case.”
