Dow Chemical Backs Motion to Transfer Louisiana Benzene Suit to Different District

NEW ORLEANS –– Dow Chemical has filed a reply brief supporting its efforts to have a benzene suit transferred from one Louisiana federal court to another, saying that the plaintiffs have “mischaracterized” the issue.
