MILWAUKEE –– Parties in a pending Wisconsin benzene case had filed pretrial reports and proposed verdict forms, but the federal court ultimately delayed the trial setting until March 2, 2015, from its previous Aug. 11 slot.

According to a scheduling conference call minutes document filed July 14, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin set the final pretrial set for Feb. 17, 2015, and the jury trial at March 2, 2015. The trial is scheduled to last 10 days.
