Puerto Rico Court Outlines Pending In Limine Motions for Benzene Case

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico –– A Puerto Rican federal court has issued a status report order, noting nearly 10 in limine motions still pending before the court in the benzene case.
In the June 19 status report order, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico additionally noted that, while the parties remaining in the case have exchanged settlement proposals, “no settlement was likely until after the Court addressed the pending motions.”
