ATLANTA –– The national Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Water Contamination multidistrict litigation docket has been reassigned to Judge Thomas W. Thrash Jr., according to a recent order.
The April 1 order released by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia relieves Judge J. Owen Forrester of his duties of overseeing the benzene-related MDL proceedings.
