Plaintiffs Appeal Dismissal of Benzene Claims Against Harley-Davidson to 8th Circuit

KANSAS CITY, Mo. –– Plaintiffs in a benzene case have filed a notice indicating their intent to appeal the dismissal of claims against Harley-Davidson (NYSE:HOG), taking advantage of the District Court’s decision to make its recent decision final and appealable immediately.
