Sherwin-Williams Asks Missouri Court to Dismiss Benzene Complaint

KANSAS CITY, Mo. –– Sherwin-Williams has asked a Missouri federal court to dismiss a recently removed benzene lawsuit or, in the alternative, require the plaintiffs to provide a more definite statement.
On Nov. 18, The Sherwin-Williams Company asked the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri to dismiss the complaint, arguing that it has “failed to sufficiently plead facts in support of each element of their causes of action.”
