PHILADELPHIA –– Parties in a Pennsylvania benzene case have reached an agreement on the production of employment documents, according to a recent order issued by the trial court.
According to the Sept. 2 order entered by the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, the plaintiffs agreed to produce additional documents regarding Richard O’Lena’s employment with Penn Central Transportation Co., Consolidated Rail Corp., and CSX Transportation Inc.
The plaintiffs also agreed to produce documents relating to Meckel cell cancer and lymphoma and, additionally, identify all fact witnesses not previously disclosed.
