Benzene Plaintiffs Reach Settlement Agreements with American Grease Stick, Reckitt Benckiser and Wyeth

ST. LOUIS –– Benzene plaintiffs asserting claims in Missouri have reached settlement agreements with three defendants, according to recent orders filed by the federal court in which the lawsuit is pending.
According to separate orders issued Sept. 13, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri noted that a settlement agreement had been reached and ordered the parties to file dismissal papers dismissing claims against American Grease Stick Company LP, Reckitt Benckiser LLC and Wyeth, Inc. by Oct. 15.
