ST. LOUIS –– Parties involved in a Missouri benzene case met for a scheduling conference on Sept. 4, during which time they agreed upon future deadlines for amendments, discovery, and pretrial proceedings.
According to the Sept. 4 amended case management order, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri determined that the parties must submit all amendments to the pleadings by Sept. 16.
Amendments in the proceedings have been the subject of a number of motions filed in the last few months, with several defendants –– including Sherwin-Williams Co. and WD-40 –– moving to dismiss the third amended …
