PHILADELPHIA –– Plaintiffs involved in a Philadelphia benzene case have filed a stipulation of discontinuance as to defendant The Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack, agreeing to the dismissal of benzene claims asserted against the company.
In an Aug. 15 request to enter stipulation of dismissal without prejudice, the parties ask the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County to dismiss the case against The Pep Boys only.
