PHILADELPHIA –– A Philadelphia court has granted in part a motion to compel, requiring benzene defendants Valero Refining and Marketing Co. and Pemcor USA Inc. to answer interrogatories and requests for production, but specifying the scope of those answers.
In a June 11 order, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County ordered the defendants to “fully and completely” provide supplemental answers to interrogatories involving contracts the defendants with which the defendants were involved.
