Missouri Court Dismisses Benzene Claims Against Xerox after Parties File Joint Stipulation

ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri federal court has entered an order dismissing benzene claims against Xerox Corp. (NYSE:XRX) after the parties filed a joint stipulation asking the court to dismiss the claims.

In the May 16 one-page order, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri dismissed the claims without prejudice. The joint stipulation, filed just one day prior to the order noted that the stipulation had no effect on claims or allegations against any defendants other than Xerox.
