COLUMBIA, S.C. –– Benzene plaintiffs in a South Carolina case have opposed a recent motion to compel, arguing that the defense attempts to obtain more information from the plaintiffs were untimely.
In an opposition brief filed May 13, the plaintiffs ask that the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina deny Winzer Corp.’s motion on grounds that it was filed more than 21 days after the plaintiffs produced their discovery responses.
