ST. LOUIS –– Xerox Corp. (NYSE:XRX) has filed a motion to dismiss in a benzene case, contending that the plaintiffs’ second amended lawsuit says that a product manufactured by the defendant was unreasonably dangerous, but fails to specify the product or its alleged dangers.

In the April 24 motion, Xerox Corp. asks the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri to dismiss the claims asserted on behalf of Franklin Linton Jr.
