SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico –– Plaintiffs in a Puerto Rico benzene case have responded to a recent court order asking them to show why claims against one of the remaining defendants should not be dismissed, saying that they have “elected not to prosecute the case against Tool Box Inc.”
Along with the response to the order to show cause filed May 2 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the plaintiffs filed a notice of voluntary dismissal of Tool Box Inc.
