Benzene Defendant Winzer Corp. Seeks Order Compelling Answers to Supplemental Interrogatories

COLUMBIA, S.C. –– A benzene defendant named in a South Carolina lawsuit has filed a notice of a motion to compel the plaintiffs to respond to the company’s supplemental interrogatories.
In the April 26 notice filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, Winzer Corp. says that the plaintiffs failed to answer its supplemental interrogatories and requests for production within the requisite 30 days.
“A full explanation of this motion is contained within the motion and a supporting memorandum would serve no useful purpose,” the notice states.
