Boston Court Enters Order Granting Joint Motion to Dismiss Berryman Products from Benzene Action

BOSTON –– A Massachusetts federal court has entered an electronic order dismissing benzene defendant Berryman Products from a acute promyelocytic leukemia case after the parties filed a joint motion seeking the dismissal.

In a joint motion filed April 22, the plaintiffs and defendant Berryman Products Inc. asked the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts to dismiss all of the claims against the defendant with prejudice.
