PHILADELPHIA –– Parties involved in a benzene case pending in Pennsylvania state court have settled in full, according to a notice filed recently with the court.
In an April 4 letter to the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, counsel for plaintiffs stated that “all claims in the referenced case have fully settled/resolved.”
As such, the court cancelled a May 31, 2013 settlement conference.
