LOUISVILLE, Ky. –– A Kentucky appellate court has affirmed an award of benefits to a man who claims that exposure to chemicals during his employment with a resin cartridge manufacturer, saying that the Administrative Law Judge’s reliance on a university evaluator’s assessment of injuries was not erroneous.
In the March 15 opinion, the Kentucky Court of Appeals wrote that Ronald Hayes’ employer had failed to prove that evidence it presented was enough to overcome the university evaluation.
