PITTSBURGH –– Parties involved in a Pennsylvania benzene action have reached an agreement on a protective order, according to a brief filed by the plaintiffs in response to defendant Safety-Kleen’s motion for a protective order.
In the brief, filed Feb. 19 in the U.S. District for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the plaintiffs attach the proposed protective order, which outlines the guidelines of requesting information that Safety-Kleen deems proprietary.
The underlying claims, asserted by Ruben and Mariana Grigoryants, allege that Ruben Grigoryants was exposed to benzene-containing products while working as a machine operator at Erie Specialty Products. During …
