NEW ORLEANS –– The parties involved in the case of a power utility plant took part in a preliminary conference on Feb. 20, determining deadlines for all pretrial motions and scheduling a trial for November 2013.

According to a scheduling order filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the parties must file all in limine motions by Oct. 10, 2013, with a 10-day trial scheduled for Nov. 4.
