Mass. Court Hears Arguments on Causation; Takes Motion Under Advisement

BOSTON –– A Massachusetts federal court has heard arguments relating to a summary judgment motion brought by Rust-Oleum, in which it challenges the support used by plaintiffs to support specific causation in their benzene case.
According to an online docket entry, Judge Douglas P. Woodlock of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts heard the arguments on Feb. 6 and took the motion under advisement.
