NEW ORLEANS –– International Paint LLC has filed an opposition brief contesting plaintiff attempts to have a federal court reconsider the dismissal of their benzene lawsuit, saying that the plaintiffs “misrepresent” the admissibility standard.
International Paint LLC filed the opposition Jan. 8 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, supporting the federal court’s decision to exclude testimony provided by Dr. Bhaskar Kura.
