Philadelphia Trial Court Schedules November Trial in Benzene Case

PHILADELPHIA –– A Nov. 13 trial date has been scheduled in a Philadelphia benzene case filed by a former garage owner who says he was exposed to benzene in gasoline and cleaning products.
In the Sept. 19 order, the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County additionally notes that jury selection will start on Nov. 9. The court will also hear oral arguments for a pending admissibility motion, if such arguments are necessary.
