Louisiana Benzene Trial Scheduled for 2013 Bench Trial

NEW ORLEANS –– A judge overseeing a benzene case pending in a Louisiana federal court has outlined upcoming deadlines, including trial, which is scheduled to take place as a bench trial.

Judge Jane Triche Milazzo of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana outlined a number of deadlines in a Sept. 6 order and noted in a subsequent order issued six days later that the settlement conference is set for April 23, 2013.
