2 New Benzene Complaints Filed in Pennsylvania State Court

PHILADELPHIA –– Plaintiffs in two new benzene complaints filed in Pennsylvania state court assert claims based on exposure in a variety of work settings, including a pressroom and auto shop.

The separate complaints were filed Aug. 1 and 3 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. While plaintiffs asserting claims on behalf of Sanford Duttera argue that his exposure happened at a print shop, the plaintiffs in the Lobraico complaint contend that Rocco LoBraico was exposed to benzene while working as a mechanic and a hobbyist.
