CAMDEN, N.J. -- A defendant involved in a benzene lawsuit has filed a motion to dismiss, contending that the plaintiffs have failed to specifically identify any of the defendant's products with which the decedent worked. Cacoilo, et al. v. The Sherwin Williams Co., et al., No. 11-07039 (D. N.J.).

In the April 20 motion, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the defendant also challenges the timing of the alleged exposure, contending that the company did not exist until six months prior to the last date of alleged exposure.
