NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana federal judge has set a February 2013 trial date in a case in which plaintiffs allege that combined exposures to benzene at a refinery, at a gas station and at home caused a man to develop chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Boutain, et al. v. Radiator Specialty, et al., No. 11-1907 (E.D. La.).

The Feb. 16 scheduling order, issued by Judge Sarah S. Vance of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, set Feb. 19, 2013, for the commencement of trial.
