Benzene Case Belongs in Middle District of La., Turner Industries Asserts

NEW ORLEANS - Turner Industries has moved a Louisiana federal judge to dismiss for improper venue a benzene exposure suit, asserting that there is no connection between the parties and the facts of the case with the Eastern District of Louisiana.
