NEW ORLEANS - Turner Industries has moved a Louisiana federal judge to dismiss for improper venue a benzene exposure suit, asserting that there is no connection between the parties and the facts of the case with the Eastern District of Louisiana. Ventress, et ux. v. Radiator Specialty Co., et al., No. 2:11-01419 (E.D. La.).
