CAMDEN, N.J. -- The defendants in a case involving a U.S. Marine's exposure to benzene assert the claims are time barred and preempted and that they owed no duty to plaintiffs. Cacoilo, et al. v. The Sherwin Williams Co., et al., No. 11-07039 (D. N.J.).
