BOSTON - A Massachusetts couple has dismissed with prejudice benzene personal injury claims brought against Aristech Chemical Corp., United States Steel Corp. and USX Corp. Milward v. Acuity Specialty Products Group Inc., No. 1:07-11944 (D. Mass.).

On March 9, Brian and Linda Milward and the U.S. Steel defendants filed a joint motion to dismiss in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
