ATLANTA -- The United States is pointing to a recent 4th Circuit Court of Appeals decision it says supports its attempts to have the court overseeing the Camp Lejeune water contamination MDL proceedings rule on whether federal law preempts North Carolina's statute of repose in the relevant cases.
