Dow Chemical Files 3rd-Party Complaint Against Employers, Seeks Defense and Indemnification

NEW ORLEANS -- A defendant named in a benzene complaint has filed a third-party lawsuit against the decedent's former employers, contending that agreements executed for contract work requires the employers to defend and indemnify the premises owner. Ventress, et al. v. Radiator Specialty Co., et al., No. 11-1419 (E.D. La.).
