Settlement Conference Scheduled for January in Multiple Myeloma Case

NEW ORLEANS -- A settlement conference has been scheduled for Jan. 12 in a case asserted by a former tank cleaner, according to a recent order issued by a Louisiana federal court. Morin v. Chevron U.S.A. Inc, et al., No. 11-00045 (E.D. La.).

According to a Dec. 13 order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, any party who resides, or has a business address, in the Greater New Orleans area should attend the conference with counsel.
