NEW ORLEANS -- Parties in a Louisiana benzene case slated for trial in December have rescheduled the final pretrial conference, which will now take place Nov. 21, according to the court's online docket. Wagoner, et al. v. ExxonMobil Corp., et al., No. 09-7257 (E.D. La.).
On Nov. 4, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana set the pretrial conference for 1:30 p.m. before Judge Eldon E. Fallon.
