U.S. Challenges Waiver of Sovereign Immunity in Camp Lejeune Action

ATLANTA -- The United States has filed a motion to dismiss in a case pending in the Camp Lejeune North Carolina Water Contamination Litigation MDL, contending that the plaintiffs' claims in part fail because they fall under an exception to the waiver of sovereign immunity.
