Final Release and Satisfaction of Judgment Entered in $3.4 Million Award

BEAUMONT, Texas - According to recent court documents, a defendant involved in a benzene case that ended in a bench trial award of more than $3.4 million has paid the plaintiff and satisfied the judgment entered by the court three years ago.
